Nate Lenz – Managing Partner, I&A Consulting
Nate strives to inspire innovation in the way that advisors serve their clients, and the way firms serve their advisors. Working with firms through all phases of the recruiting process, Nate seeks to understand the nuances of their business to assess fit and prepare them for launch on the Concurrent platform. As a co-founder of Concurrent Advisors and a managing partner in I&A Consulting, he specializes in the areas of business startup, experienced advisor recruiting, M&A and practice management. Prior to starting I&A, Nate was the Vice President of Succession Planning & Acquisitions at Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Joining the firm in 2011, Nate led an in-house consulting team responsible for providing support to the 3,600+ independent financial advisors affiliated with RJFS in both the independent broker/dealer and RIA custodian channels. Expanding the team’s role into the recruiting sphere in 2014, Nate was responsible for advisor joins totaling over $35 million in Grosse revenue and over $7 billion in assets under administration through the Practice Acquisition Initiative and Enterprise Consulting Program. Throughout his tenure, Nate developed in-depth coaching relationships with independent firms to coordinate prospecting efforts, foster accountability, and drive results. Prior to joining Raymond James, Nate worked as an analyst at Credit Suisse. He is a graduate of Columbia University and holds a B.A. in Economics.

Scott’s mission is to change the mindset of our teams, inspiring them to think more like business owners and pursuing strategies to build and enhance enterprise value. Scott helps our advisors evaluate business decisions through a quantitative lens and focuses them on operating their businesses efficiently. Scott is a co-founder of Concurrent Advisors and a managing partner at I&A Consulting.
Scott previously worked for Raymond James Financial in a variety of roles. His last stop was in the Succession Planning & Acquisitions department where he worked with advisors seeking to grow their practices through recruiting and acquisitions. Scott’s original background is in asset management, and he worked as an analyst on the Fixed Income team at Eagle Asset Management. Scott holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Master of Science in Finance degree from Florida State University.
Vice President – Advisor Transitions, I&A Consulting
As Vice President – Advisor Transitions, Jeremy’s goal is to assist advisors successfully navigate through this stressful time in their careers. By effectively prioritizing, setting expectations and creating a customized timeline, Jeremy produces a clear path for advisors in transferring their book of business in a timely and efficient manner. He excels at building lasting relationships with advisors, walking with them through every step of the transition process until they are comfortable and their business is back to running as before.
Prior to joining Concurrent, Jeremy worked at Raymond James as a Transition Consultant. There he assisted on over 40 transitions bringing in well over $25 billion in assets to the firm. Coordinating with various departments and management levels, Jeremy supported successful transitions through all three of the advisor channels; employee, independent, and RIA. He is also known to be a road warrior traveling over 40 weeks in one year, being on the ground and in the trenches with advisors throughout the country. Before Transitions he worked at Eagle Asset Management in trading operations. Jeremy graduated from Rollins College and holds his Series 7 securities license.
