Jennifer graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Law & Society and Women Studies. With a passion to help others, she was strongly involved in international philanthropic organizations holding leadership positions. She is also a proud alumni of Alpha Kappa Psi, a co-ed professional business fraternity. After graduating, Jennifer spent 4 years working abroad in Central America and Asia. Upon returning home to help take care of her family, she worked in the real estate and mortgage industry. Jennifer has years of experience helping clients who are making significant financial decisions.
Jennifer understands firsthand the importance of planning for retirement, ensuring financial security and understanding medical benefits. As an only child, she had to quickly jump into the role of caregiver to help her father navigate the process of disability, retirement, social security, Medicare and health care when he unexpectedly had to retire after 28 years of service with the United States Postal Service when he was diagnosed with a terminal illness. She quickly came to understand the financial strain of unexpected medical expenses and the repercussions of limited retirement planning. This experience has fueled her passion to help families with retirement and financial planning to ensure they receive professional guidance to understand all their options and make the best decisions for their future.
In her free time, Jennifer loves to visit various nurseries and tend to her garden. When she is not tending to her large collection of plants, she is on an adventure looking for new foods, recipes and restaurants to try.
