JEFF MACLARDY, APMA®, CPFA

Jeff serves an integral role for our team, providing responsive and knowledgeable client service. He assists in investment research and maintains FINRA registration as an Investment Advisor having passed Series 7 and 66 examinations. He has also earned his CPFA designation (Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor) as well as the advanced portfolio management designation of APMA® (Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor).

After a 26-year career as structural engineer, Jeff was drawn to the financial services industry for the chance to build long-term trusted relationships with clients. He joined Raymond James with Columbia Associates Financial Group in 2019. In 2018, he was a client services associate for the group when it was affiliated with LPL Financial.

He spent the 25 years prior with R.F. Stearns in Lake Oswego, leaving in 2018 as the Vice President of Engineering. Jeff earned a Master of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Washington in Seattle in the Structural and Geomechanics program and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

He volunteers several times a year with community and youth events through a partnership between the Clark County YMCA and Rhapsody Church. He was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington, where he now lives with his wife, Molly. His hobbies include travel, movies, music and photography.
