Client Service Manager

Beth Rea strives for excellence in serving our clients and assisting our team daily. She takes care of the administrative needs of our team and assists clients with any questions or requests they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Beth Rea enjoys fostering close relationships with the families and individuals we serve and helping ensure that they receive a quality level of attention and support.

She also manages a wide range of administrative matters, from account maintenance and service requests to our client communications. Empathetic and detail-oriented, her goal is to always make working with us easy and effortless.

Before joining our team in October 2021, Beth Rea was an e-commerce manager at John Deere for 31 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from UNC Chapel Hill.

Beth Rea is originally from Wilmington, North Carolina, and now lives in Raleigh with her husband, Dan, and Marty and Tito (their four-legged family members.) When not in the office, Beth enjoys home improvement projects, tennis, reading and spending time with her family. She is a volunteer with St. Baldrick’s.
